We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Professional - Benefits Technology to join our Multinational Darwin Commercial team - EMEA at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). Based in any of our UK or Dublin offices, this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The MMB Multinational Darwin Commercial team is critical to the growth and success of MMB globally. In the last few years, we have seen phenomenal growth in the multinational segment as our sales team continues to grow and flourish. We sell with integrity and look to build lasting relationships with our clients.

We will count on you to:
- Create a qualified new business pipeline with multinational organizations.
- Own and build a territory within the EMEA region.
- Develop Business Development Strategy and execute on all sales and business development related activity.
- Build your sales network and coordinate MMB sales activities across Marsh & McLennan Companies to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales process and exhibit strong discipline on evaluating sales opportunities.
- Increase SaaS & fee revenue by selling to new Darwin clients.
- Liaise closely with senior client stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers to identify target clients.
- Enhance awareness and visibility of MMB's thought capital through sales channel and to optimize sales and marketing activity across the APAC region.
What you need to have:
- Prior experience in selling software/SaaS solution and in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Trained in solution/value selling or exposure to solution/value selling.
- Prior knowledge of the benefits industry is crucial.
- Experience in presenting solutions to senior level decision makers.
- Excellent business acumen and extremely strong collaboration, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proven ability to drive results while working under tight deadlines.
- Excellent project and process management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
