Our Client is an established specialist Printer who is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Gravure Printing Press Operator to join our Client's printing department. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of their gravure printing presses in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate gravure printing presses according to production specifications
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments (colour registration, ink viscosity, tension, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Complete production logs and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with the QA and pre-press teams to ensure seamless production
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
