About The Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme
Are you a recent graduate eager to shape the future of financial technology? Ready to make a meaningful impact and bring innovative ideas to life? Well, the Rev-celerator Graduate Product Designer programme is designed just for you. First, we kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start developing your skills. After successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training where you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own.
Our Design team knows the magic! Those wizards look into a crystal ball and get a holistic view of the user experience. With all their wisdom, they lead the design processes from discovery to delivery, always keeping in mind our customers and their interests. At Revolut, we set the bar high and reward those who strive for excellence. Top-performing graduates will have an opportunity of a full-time contract following the programme to continue working with us.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is now open to international candidates from around the world, willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with the Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues
- Working in a cross-functional and distributed team. Together, you’ll be actively involved in defining the customers’ and the business’ problems
- Identifying the key metrics for the projects you’re involved in and take ownership for achieving their success
- Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals - such as launching in new territories and offering new products
- Focusing on wire-framing, to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
- Turning the chaos of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that truly solves customer needs
- Running customer testing workshops and guerrilla testing
- Implementing with the technical team, and present the final solution during the design reviews
- Reviewing the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
What You’ll Need
- To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
- University studies in design or a similar field
- A proactive attitude
- Love for problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- To be a quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To feel comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
- Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
