Interim Finance Manager opportunity with a high-profile non-profit organisation based in Ayrshire for a 9-month period. This position will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and cover a period of maternity leave.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivering monthly operational and KPI information to stakeholders
- Supporting with annual budgets
- Delivering monthly restricted fund reporting and reconciliations
- Analysing the allocation of income and costs, as well as intercompany positions, and executing recharges to ensure business drivers are accurately represented and monitored against budget
- Supporting the monthly management accounts process
- Delivering ad-hoc information requests across the Group
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA)
- Good technical accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – advanced Excel skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong team player, supporting both finance and non-finance colleagues, with an ability to develop good working relationships with other members of staff
