We’re looking for a Campaign Success Specialist to drive impactful, scalable marketing campaigns across Europe, supporting our business transformation goals. This role blends commercial awareness, digital marketing experience, and operational precision to optimise campaign outcomes for both TD SYNNEX and our partners.
You will:
- Act as a product ambassador for one or more digital marketing tools, standardize deployment processes and support product scaling.
- Promote usage, ensure up-to-date resources, and support product testing and go-to-market launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution
- Implement the Campaign Success Playbook for European marketing initiatives.
- Support campaign intake, solution design, execution, and performance analysis—ensuring efficiency, relevance, and measurable impact.
- Contribute to custom solutions for larger investments and ensure in-campaign tracking, corrective actions, and meaningful post-campaign analysis.
- Best Practice & Operational Excellence
- Contribute to campaign process improvements and standardisation.
- Champion efficiency and continuous learning across marketing operations.
- Support teams in delivering quality campaign outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing reporting.
- Identify and act on opportunities for enhanced ways of working.
- Support change management to embed new tools and practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing (agency or in-house), with knowledge of key digital channels (email, analytics, social).
- Experience aligning marketing solutions to business goals and customer needs.
- Skilled in data analysis, campaign metrics, and digital performance tracking.
- Comfortable working in structured, fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
