What will you be doing?
- Build real and meaningful relationships with our customers.
- Develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do.
- Work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.
What does success look like?
- Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers.
- Take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients.
- Maximise sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry.
- Strong relationship building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners.
- Strong business development background - with experience identifying and winning new accounts within a private hospital or NHS environment.
- Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with all developments related to your customers.
- Think like a business owner - assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market.
- Valid UK Driving License.
Travel requirements: 75% Domestic.
