The Infrastructure Finance business unit provides modelling, model audit, valuations, training, and advisory services across EMEA and the Americas from hubs in London, Paris, New York, Toronto, Johannesburg, and Delhi.

Job Purpose

To support Partners and Directors in developing the Advisory and Valuations service lines by delivering high-quality services to clients in the energy & infrastructure sector, including acquisitions, valuations, sales, fundraisings, bid advisory, and debt raisings. The role involves leading advisory and valuation assignments, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. The position could be at Associate Director or Manager level, depending on experience, with expectations of client autonomy, business development, and team leadership at the AD level.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Manage advisory and valuation engagements, including preparing transaction documents, researching potential buyers/sellers, leading project execution, building client relationships, and ensuring project quality and financial management.
  • People & Product Development: Develop team capabilities, mentor junior staff, review work, and promote a culture of learning. Potential for line management responsibilities across multiple locations.
  • Business Development & Team Engagement: Develop market intelligence, lead proposal efforts, build networks, support marketing activities, and collaborate across teams to enhance sector knowledge and client service.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in deal advisory and valuation within energy and infrastructure sectors, strong project management and financial modelling skills, proven client relationship skills, and fluency in English. Qualifications such as ACA or CFA are desirable.
