Job Description
Following the successful centralisation of our HR function, we have laid strong foundations for consistency and efficiency. With this in mind, we are embarking on many exciting projects in reward over the coming year and beyond. As a Reward Analyst for the UK business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the cyclical reward activity throughout the year and supporting the Head of Reward β UK with project work.
Partnering closely with other areas of the HR function and stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and meaningful reward data.
- Upholding governance by ensuring all compensation and benefits policies & processes are followed and align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate reward data and ensuring consistency in pay structures and job evaluations.
- Implementing robust controls and monitoring reward practices to help mitigate risks, promote equity, and enhance trust among employees and stakeholders.
- Running and analysing people data reports to support cyclical reward activity (annual salary review, bonus, benefit renewal).
- Interpreting data to identify insights that support reward decisions and policy development.
- Supporting stakeholders by providing benchmarking data and market insights.
- Supporting with administration of pensions, benefits, and projects.
- Maintaining and updating systems with reward data.
- Managing the company car fleet and company car/car allowance governance.
- Providing guidance and support in relation to compensation and benefits to colleagues across the UK business.
- Advising colleagues and managers on bonus and variable pay schemes.
- Supporting the smooth running of recognition programs across the UK business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Reward Analyst, HR Analyst, or Compensation & Benefits role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and HR/Reward systems.
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking tools (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry).
- Understanding of reward strategies, job evaluation methodologies, and market trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
