We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and hardworking Part Sales Supervisor to join our busy Service department in Portadown. You will lead and support the parts sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your focus will be on achieving KPIs, sales targets, and fostering a positive team ethos, all while exemplifying our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the spare parts team to maximise efficiency and results.
  • Support and develop team members, ensuring adherence to company values and high service standards.
  • Drive sales growth by managing the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead new business sales initiatives and report on campaign successes.
  • Maintain customer retention above targets by ensuring excellent service and resolving complaints.
  • Manage customer contact via phone, email, and web promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor team performance and morale to maintain a positive, high-achieving environment.
  • Provide monthly reports on team results and KPIs.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience handling calls and queries.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close sales professionally.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and IT skills (including MS Office).
  • Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative, and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer focus.

Desirable:

  • Degree level education.
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager.
  • Technical knowledge of the Kingspan product range.
