Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager who:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Ensures employees, guests and visitors’ safety and security within the hotel
• Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
• Will effectively manage their department and be a hands on leader
• Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team

• Has previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Security Supervisor required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the security team, ensuring high standards of safety and security throughout the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of all security and safety SOPs and hotel emergency procedures
• Coordinate emergency, crisis response and evacuation actions as required
• Serve as a hands-on leader, staying engaged with daily operations and security practices
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, fostering a culture of safety and care

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Security Manager or Security Supervisor required
