About the Role As a Production Shift Leader at our Kingsbury site, you will be fully trained to work with our specialised tools and machinery which we use to produce bricks ready for use in the construction industry. You will manage a shift of production operatives, leading them to achieve their production, quality and safety targets. You will also line manage a number of the Operators, providing them with technical expertise, supporting their personal development and any areas of improvement.
