This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll Communications, Content, and Training Specialist, joining our Payroll team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding payroll services to our employees and customers.

Job responsibilities
- Training Design and deliver training programmes for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives. Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos. Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps.
- Project Support Support payroll projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
What you bring
- At least 3 years' experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development roles (preferably within payroll or HR domains).
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly formats.
- Confident presenter with strong facilitation skills across multiple formats (live, recorded, interactive).
- Analytical mindset for assessing learning needs and measuring programme effectiveness.
- Experience using learning and content tools (e.g., Notion, Zendesk, LMS platforms).
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Effective in both autonomous and collaborative settings.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Remote work experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $69,250- $77,900 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
