Whats the Role:Support Worker What It Takes: An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care. So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential. Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Where You Would Work: Kesh Day Service Kesh Day Service is a day care centre for adults located in Kesh, County Fermanagh. We support adults with mental ill health, learning disabilities and autism. The service is situated on the outskirts of Kesh, close to a range of natural beauty spots and amenities such as Castle Archdale, Necarne Castle and we are close to Lough Erne. We are a service that provides interesting, fulfilling and varied activities for the people we support to develop their skills and enjoy a social atmosphere during the day.
