Base pay range: £30,000 dependent on experience
We’re working with a growing SaaS company in the automotive sector who're building a brand-new digital training platform, and they’re looking for a creative graduate to help bring it to life. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, digital learning, and tech-enabled education. You’ll be designing interactive eLearning modules and video-based training to support both internal teams and customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing engaging training materials (videos, quizzes, guides)
- Building out interactive eLearning content using tools like EasyGenerator
- Working with product and support teams to translate technical info into learner-friendly content
- Uploading and managing content via a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Continuously improving content based on feedback and usage data
Ideal Background:
- Degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, EdTech, Communications or similar
- Strong content creation skills (video, graphics, screen recordings)
- Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or EasyGenerator
- Clear and confident written English
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset
- Experience with LMS platforms or SCORM/xAPI
- Interest in SaaS or the Automotive Sector
- Knowledge of accessibility in digital content
