Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: The Director of Account Management leads a team of account managers to achieve the business's strategic objectives. This includes hiring, training, and performance management.
- Client Relationships: Responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
- Sales Growth: Increase sales and revenue from existing clients by developing and implementing strategies to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
