Powerforce is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 10 Business Development Managers for Nestlé Wholesale. You will be responsible for developing your team, driving sales performance, and delivering strong returns for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to maximise performance and engagement
  • Clearly communicate KPIs, customer briefs, and new initiatives to ensure alignment
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans to drive success
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, managing team performance and attendance effectively
  • Celebrate team successes and foster a culture of motivation and achievement
  • Oversee key team administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and expense management
  • Prepare, analyse, and present monthly results and market intelligence to key stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed assigned regional KPIs, ensuring consistent and measurable success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales management and team leadership
  • Deep understanding of wholesale and B2B sales models
  • Awareness of regional market trends and competitor activity
  • Strong grasp of pricing strategies and financial metrics
  • Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools
