We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Retail Media Executive to support the work of the Senior Lead - Retail Media by planning, executing, and reporting on retail media campaigns. This role will focus on operational execution and performance tracking to ensure successful delivery of campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. While the primary responsibility is not sales, there may be occasional involvement in supporting sales efforts when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and execute retail media campaigns across digital and in-store channels, aligning with brand and retailer goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage campaign delivery, creative assets, and placements.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Maintain campaign documentation and support post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy.
- Assist the Head of Retail Media with sales support, presentations, and staying informed on industry trends and innovations.
- 3+ years’ experience in retail media, digital advertising, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of retail media networks, paid search, and social media marketing.
- Proficient in analytics and campaign tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, retail media dashboards).
- Skilled in data interpretation, project management, and multitasking across multiple campaigns.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
