Aquafax is the UK’s leading distributor of marine equipment, specialising in distributing the marine industry's leading brands to our extensive customer base throughout the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and enhance their experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers politely, patiently, and helpfully from the moment they enter the branch.
- Work on SOP systems and handle customer transactions.
- Deliver balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and foster a customer-first culture.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and managing stock procedures.
- Keep the branch clean, tidy, well-presented, and stocked.
- Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining customer relationships.
Skills and Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
- Previous experience as a sales advisor or in customer service roles.
- An interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems.
- Knowledge of SOP systems.
- Result-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.
