You won’t just keep our wheels turning; you’ll set the cultural tone for safety at every depot, workshop, and driver briefing.
At East Suffolk Services, we’re looking for an assistant transport manager. Someone who sees beyond the wheels and engines and understands that legal compliance and road safety are not just checkboxes but lifelines. In this pivotal role, you’ll be named on the Vehicle Operator Licence (O’ Licence) and work hand-in-hand with our Senior Transport Manager.
What you will need:
- A Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Haulage (National)
- A full UK Driving Licence with Category B entitlement
- Knowledge of operator licensing requirements and legislation
- Proven excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
