A Remote Holiday Advisor offers an excellent opportunity to provide valuable services to organizations and businesses while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.
You would be responsible for planning and organizing business travel, bookings, and accommodations for clients, including:
- Making arrangements such as researching and reserving flights, ground transportation, lodging, and other travel-related services.
- Managing expenses, tracking reimbursements, and supporting travelers on the road.
- Issuing airline tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.
- Providing travel advice and local attraction information.
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting travel issues.
- Staying updated with industry news and developments.
- Ensuring customer needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
- Keeping current with payment methods accepted by the agency.
- Working with vendors to secure the best prices and deals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
