Job Summary
As a Service Advisor working at our Audi dealership in Sheffield, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience. Ensuring you are fully prepared for our customers\’ visits, you will ensure that every aspect of their visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Understanding customer requirements and advising on predicted completion times and collection arrangements.
- Progressing vehicle repairs through the workshop, communicating effectively with workshop control to ensure vehicle completion times are met.
- Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in person, and converting these into bookings.
- Keeping customers informed about the progress of repairs and servicing through effective communication.
- Professionally selling products, services, and repair work aligned with customer needs, achieving all objectives.
- Invoicing completed work and processing payments as required.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Utilizing dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
- Customer-centric approach with strong communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, experience with databases is desirable.
- Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Team player mentality.
- Valid driving license with no excessive penalties.
