Our contractor client is expanding! They are seeking an experienced and driven Contractor Manager/Network Manager to oversee contractor and surveyor compliance across the UK (mainly London/Greater London/South East). Working on behalf of insurers and policyholders, you will be helping to deliver exceptional service from claim validation to repair completion.
Key Responsibilities- Source, on-board, and audit contractors and surveyors
- Monitor compliance, performance, and regulatory standards
- Support network integration for large and complex losses
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities
- Deliver training and act as a key compliance contact
- Mediating/negotiate and resolve contractor/policyholder disputes over works
- 4+ years in contractor, supply chain, or compliance management
- Strong knowledge of property insurance repairs and surveying
- Understanding of contractor/surveyor scopes of work
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and scoping tool platforms
- H&S/compliance certifications preferred
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
