We’re on the search for a confident Account Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to become one of the early members of the TryHackMe Sales team, and you’ll have the opportunity to reach your professional and personal goals.

About The Role

An Account Executive works with inbound leads from mid-market all the way to enterprise. You’ll have a Business Development Representative (BDR) and inbound leads as the foundation of your pipeline. However, a proactive attitude and experience with outbound will be crucial to smash your quotas. TryHackMe’s Account Management and Customer Success teams will handle the customer expansion after you close the initial deal.

You must be comfortable dealing with multi-stakeholder sales processes with senior stakeholders at large organizations. Nearly all prospects will have an international footprint. Your prospects are global, therefore some of your calls will be early or late.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Winning new business revenue from inbound leads, BDRs and self-sourced pipeline.
  • Engaging with stakeholders ranging from senior individual contributors to SOC managers and directors.
  • Selling the entire portfolio of TryHackMe products.
  • Collaborating with Account Management, Customer Success, Content Engineering, Product and Marketing teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Sales with a technical (IT/SaaS) product, whilst exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with CIO/CISO's, cyber security managers and other cyber security leaders.
  • Right balance of high quality engagement and high velocity (you’ll close multiple deals per week).
  • Outbound Sales mentality, even though part of the work is inbound.
  • Basic understanding of cyber security.
  • High energy and determination to succeed.
  • Quick learner of new tools.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Legal/Redlining, IT Security Questionnaires, RFI/RFP/Tender Processes.

Benefits & Perks:

  • 100% Remote - In a fully digital world, work from anywhere you want as long as there is a 6 hrs timezone overlap with the UK timezone.
  • Flexi Time - Choose your own hours as long as you have at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (from 8am - 6pm). Willingness to occasionally start/work late for USA timezone overlap is appreciated.
  • Tools - a dedicated work laptop + any accessories you need to do your best work.
  • Swag Pack - start your TryHackMe journey with a branded swag bundle!
  • Personal Development - £2,500 training budget to acquire certifications, and more.
  • Company Retreat - an annual company retreat, fully paid for by TryHackMe!
  • Lunch on us - whether you’re a pizza-lover, salad obsessed or a big sushi fan, TryHackMe will cover the cost of your lunch order during our recurring company virtual lunches.
  • Health Insurance - if you’re in a country that doesn’t have public health care.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity - an enhanced package on top of statutory requirements.
  • 401k / Pension - TryHackMe makes it easy to save money for your retirement.

Hiring process:

  • Application review
  • HireFlix one-way video interview
  • Scenario based interview (1 hour)
  • Founders and/or meet the team (30 min)
