The Role
- Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of goods according to operating procedures and statutory requirements.
- Track trailer movements and keep customers updated.
- Liaise with subcontractors.
- Brief drivers on routes and traffic management.
- Prepare shift handovers and measure KPIs.
The Person
- A minimum of 2 years of Transport Coordinating experience with strong geographical knowledge.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional organizational abilities.
- High-level IT skills, as the operation is fully digital.
- Good timekeeping and the ability to work in a structured manner, adhering to schedules.
