We’re working with a well-established law firm in Prestwich that’s looking to add a confident and capable Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to its busy conveyancing team. If you’ve got a solid understanding of the conveyancing process and want to build your career in a supportive and close-knit firm, this could be a great step forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting fee earners on a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Assisting with drafting contracts, preparing reports, and managing enquiries
- Handling post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Managing case files and keeping everything up to date and compliant
