This high-profile leadership role will enable you and your team to provide first class Business Analytics and Intelligence insight helping JCB Service achieve its ambitious 5 Year Plan. The continued growth and success of JCB machine sales has resulted in an unprecedented opportunity for machine servicing and products in a highly competitive landscape. To drive our continued and future success in this area, we need an experienced professional who can lead a team providing data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for providing a suite of business-critical reports and data analysis, leading and managing a team of Analysts to offer a first-class service with meaningful insights and data interpretation to drive business growth. You will contribute to the strategy and execution of the 5-year business plan, ensuring that all market information, opportunities, and key business drivers and metrics are identified, quantified, understood, and translated into meaningful business insights.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Providing a suite of business-critical reports and data analysis.
- Leading and managing a team of Analysts to offer meaningful insights and data interpretation.
- Contributing to the strategy and execution of the 5-year business plan, ensuring market information, opportunities, and key business drivers are identified and translated into business insights.
This role will be suited to you if:
- Strong analytical mindset underpinned by business experience ideally within the aftersales market to propose and construct solutions to steer and grow the business.
- A growth mindset with a drive to succeed.
- High levels of interpersonal confidence and self-awareness to lead and manage the Business Intelligence Team delivering a range of reporting and analysis solutions to multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data sets providing meaningful business insights.
- An understanding of Master Data Management.
- Able to work both independently and part of a wider team.
- Comfortable setting and delivering on deadlines in a fast paced ever changing business environment.
- High level of initiative, continuously looking to improve the level of service delivered by you and your team.
- High level of proficiency in Power Query, Excel, Office 365, SAP and SAC.
- Understanding of RPA would be an advantage.
- Driven by achieving challenging goals and in working in cross departmental teams.
- A company ambassador with strong financial and commercial acumen, comfortable presenting at all levels within the business.
