The Role: Reporting to the Business Development Director, you’ll be focused on expanding their presence across the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role, ideal for a passionate, results-driven new business hunter ready to make their mark.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and leisure venues.
- Targeting independent operators to offer tailored branded and own-label solutions.
- Building long-term relationships via networking, referrals, cold prospecting, and industry events.
- Using data and customer insight to create value and spot strategic opportunities.
- Supporting new site launches, equipment installations, and promotional events when needed.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking energetic, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive on building relationships from the ground up. You’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, proactive in your approach, and genuinely passionate about great drinks and growing brands.
