You partner with key influencers in the On Trade. You bring our brands to life in top-end Prestige Bars, Clubs, and Restaurants by building strong relationships and working collaboratively with our customers. You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi's brands by seeking new business opportunities, increasing distribution, and connecting with consumers.
ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about Prestige, Trends, and the On Trade sector. Your entrepreneurial style makes you the key contact for influencer customers, driving new business, expanding distribution, and maintaining sustainable relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with key customers by building excellent relationships in Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions.
- Achieve key sales metrics: Brand Distribution, Outlet Visibility, New Business, Promotions, and Financial Targets.
- Develop and execute sales and promotional plans for your customer base aligned with commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver comprehensive solutions and resolve any issues.
- Secure new premium business listings, and grow existing accounts.
- Work with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to activate brands through events and brand activations.
- Monitor promotional activities and evaluate ROI against budgets.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Sales within the Premium On Trade, Retail, or Hospitality sectors; activation experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of performance and results.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
