The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

26 weeks paid parental leave after one year and 36 weeks after five years continuous service, regardless of gender.

4 weeks annual leave with the option to purchase more.

13 weeks long service leave after seven/ten years.

Base salary range: $80,243– $88,940 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area: Finance supports the appropriate stewardship of the University's finances through strategic advice, financial management frameworks and tools, procurement, and oversight of investment and endowment portfolios. The division operates across three core pillars: Financial Compliance, Financial Performance, and Procurement, supporting all levels of the University from executive leadership to staff and students.

About the opportunity: Deliver financial processes and transactional activities to support day-to-day operations. Support Travel and Expense Management Officers to ensure integrated and collaborative expense system management. Build strong relationships and provide guidance on purchasing processes, policies, and systems.

About you: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency. Substantial experience in accounting-related administrative roles. Strong computing skills across word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting practices and systems.

Special Requirements: Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
