We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Process Administrator to join our Booking-In and Operations team. This is a key support role within the business, where you’ll help ensure we deliver high-quality, cost-effective electrical inspection and testing services to our clients. Your work will directly support the smooth running of operations and help maintain strong relationships with both our field teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our field operations team, through the Reports and Operations Managers, to collect and process field reports.
- Manage non-conformance reports, ensuring that any issues are followed up with corrective actions.
- Keep client websites and records up to date by liaising with clients or their representatives.
- Take care of day-to-day admin tasks like answering phones, sending emails, printing, and scanning documents.
- Build, edit, and maintain bespoke websites for clients as needed.
- Manage user databases and keep accurate notes and records, including a regularly updated diary.
- Monitor your own KPIs to ensure personal performance meets company standards and service level agreements.
- Solid basic IT skills, especially Microsoft Office. (Experience with SharePoint is a plus!)
- High energy and great communication skills.
- A strong eye for detail – accuracy matters in everything you do.
- Friendly and professional on the phone.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- A positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Confident working on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

- Full-Time Position: Available immediately.
- Hours: Contracted 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 16:30
- Friday – 07:30 to 15:30
- Salary: £24,500 per annum
