The appointed Healthcare Solicitor will be involved in undertaking a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care sector. The Healthcare Solicitor will be advising on a wide range of patient matters and public law work including mental capacity and health, inquests and inquiries, NHS Continuing care and governance. Joining at a senior level within the team, you can expect to be working alongside like-minded industry specialists on complex, often high profile matters, as well as supervising junior colleagues.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years’ PQE working in a similar healthcare role; a thorough appreciation of welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act would be a distinct advantage.
