As a L3 Service Engineer, you will:

  • Hold responsibility for the maintenance of applications, Incident and Problem investigation and resolution.
  • Development of new features, optimisations, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Work with a blended team based in the UK and India.

Qualifications

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

  • Experienced full stack engineer, capable of providing technical support for multiple applications on various technologies.
  • Looking for an enthusiastic and self-sufficient individual interested in building new technology skills to provide service continuity and prioritise work based on live service events.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certified.
  • Technology development and fix experience confident in working across multiple technologies including Microsoft and Azure application services, integrations, .net, C#.
  • DevOps experience with working in controlled environments, with automated deployments and source control.

Set yourself apart:

  • Dell Boomi experience is desirable.
