Complex Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Drivers Mates for our well-established client based in the Park Royal (NW10) area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for individuals looking for stable work with a growing company in the delivery sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the driver in delivering goods to residential and commercial properties
- Unloading items safely at delivery points - heavy lifting and handballing required
- Completing 15-25 deliveries per day as part of a 2+ person crew
- Ensuring all goods are secured and transported with care
- Acting as a professional representative of the company
- Liaising with customers and central office when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Drivers Mate is essential
- Strong level of physical fitness - heavy lifting required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Good command of English - written and verbal
- Must pass a manual handling and written assessment
