Responsibilities

  • Conducting and organising Applicant installer companies
  • Sampled Site Inspections
  • Competency assessments of supervisors, technicians and operatives employed by FIRAS certified companies
  • Document, report and outcome of findings from client visits
  • Ensuring all clients and enquirers receive sound technical advice in regards to scheme Rules and Regulations

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience at a technical level in passive fire protection either with a contractor, product manufacturer or testing and approval body
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing role
  • Previous exposure to any of the following: structural steel boarding, fire rated ducting, glazing, partition systems, penetration, roller shutter doors, cementitious spray, fire doors, cavity barriers, intumescent paint
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile / laptop devices
  • Good general education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • On-site inspection experience
  • Be able to prioritise, organise and coordinate your workload

This is a work from home contract ideally based in London / South East surrounding areas. Clean driving license and full UK passport required.
