Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a role within building services? We are seeking anEngineer with a strong technical background to apply their technical expertise providing maintenance services for a major research facility in the King\’s Cross area. This role is working for a leading FM provider on a high profile site where you\’ll be joining a strong shift team with plenty of experience, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in a large commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, boilers, chillers, and ventilation systems
• Work with facilities teams to ensure efficient system operation and performance
• Support energy efficiency improvements and compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Background in Marine, Mechanical, or Facilities Maintenance Engineering
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, piping, pumps, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
