This is a full time opportunity, you will be part of a supportive management team, helping to oversee daily operations, enhance guest experience, and drive continued growth. Flexibility is key - the business can accommodate either a 4 or 5 day working week, and there is no expectation to cover full weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day service in a fast-paced environment
  • Support stock control and ordering
  • Drive revenue while maintaining high standards
