Credit Product Manager (Supply Chain Finance)

The Credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end - developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the launch of our Supply Chain Finance business. At Revolut, Supply Chain Finance includes both receivables and payables financing solutions — from invoice discounting to reverse factoring. This is a rare opportunity to join the dream team building a world-class offering from scratch. Using your extensive experience in supply chain finance, you'll drive the launch of customer-centric supply chain finance solutions that are simple, seamless, scalable and super slick — addressing the key working capital challenges and needs that businesses face.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning our Supply Chain Finance product end-to-end, including both payables and receivables financing solutions
• Managing the full product lifecycle — from scoping to overseeing performance in the live environment
• Identifying market opportunities and defining product vision and strategy
• Understanding customer needs and pain points and gathering product requirements
• Working with a cross-functional team of technical product owners, developers, designers, and operations managers
• Collaborating closely with credit risk, as well as 2nd and 3rd line teams
• Driving brilliant outcomes for our customers through strong teamwork
• Being responsible for delivering against a suite of customer-outcome and commercial KPIs

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain finance (ideally in more than one supply chain finance product across both payables and receivables financing)
• Excellent knowledge of the EU and UK supply chain finance industry including local market nuances
• Proven success in developing and bringing to market new products, ideally in supply chain finance
• A detail-oriented, analytical and innovative mindset
• Experience writing business requirements and working with development teams to translate this into live products
• Exceptional understanding of the end-to-end user journeys for multiple supply chain finance products from origination through to ongoing management
• To be comfortable with and enjoy taking ownership and delivering ambitious goals
• Great team player who can effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
• A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo
