About The Role
The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Transfer Pricing Tax Manager. You’ll lead end-to-end processes relating to the group’s transfer pricing globally, including development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, transfer pricing documentation, and engagement with tax authorities and key internal stakeholders. You’ll also be partnering with the business to oversee team build-out and automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and maintaining the group’s transfer pricing policy and governance for cross-border transactions
- Overseeing all group intercompany transactions and calculations
- Managing relationships with external advisers on TP projects, including documentation and benchmarking
- Driving global and local tax initiatives, and supporting strategic TP projects
- Identifying and developing opportunities to enhance processes, automation, and related TP procedures
- Assisting with the Group Country by Country Reporting framework and filings
- Supporting market expansion by advising on TP and operating model considerations
- Resolving TP disputes, including APAs and MAPs, and coordinating with local teams and authorities
- Providing proactive TP advice to identify risks and opportunities, and develop and implement solutions
- Collaborating with the Global Head of TP to build the function and drive strategic initiatives
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of transfer pricing experience at multinational listed companies and/or Big 4 accounting firm, with relevant experience in tax, accounting, economics, finance, or law
- Deep knowledge of international tax principles and the evolving global transfer pricing landscape
- Technical expertise in international transfer pricing with practical experience in regulated industries, such as financial services, banking, or fintech, or large international projects
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- To be a self-starter with great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A proven ability to work independently with sound judgement and initiative
- A flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change
- The ability to identify and manage transfer pricing risks and opportunities
