Marble Talent is currently looking for a Technician/MOT Tester in the Southampton area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out MOTs, servicing, and repairs.
- Ensuring all work meets company and manufacturer standards.
- Completing relevant paperwork for MOTs, services, and warranties.
- Spotting and reporting any additional work needed for safety or legal reasons.
- Following all company policies and health & safety rules.
Personal Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Proven experience as a car mechanic or vehicle technician.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year. + Uncapped Productivity Bonus with OTE earnings of £42,000 per annum.
