We are looking for a Packaging Admin Support.
Salary: £15.55 per hour
Location: Grimsby
Immediate start
Shifts: Full time, Monday to Friday (8-hour days, flexible between 8am-5pm)
The Role:
- Support the packaging function across several key areas:
- Generating purchase orders (POs), booking couriers, and requesting packaging samples
- Uploading retailer and own-brand artworks to internal systems for review and following up with relevant departments
- Assisting the Packaging Technologist with New Product Development (NPD) briefs and creating cost requests
- Supporting the NPD team with assessing product fit for packaging concepts and preparing sample submissions
- Requesting and managing packaging codes
- Updating workflow trackers in line with development briefs
- Managing packaging compliance by completing spreadsheets detailing materials, weights, and waste on both internal and external systems

- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred
- Full UK driving licence required
