Our Media is a leading special-interest content business, based in the buzzing, creative city of Bristol. We are home to market-leading brands in craft, cycling, science and nature, homes and music. We are seeking a Campaign Strategist to lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with budget, audience segmentation, and timing considerations. As a key marketing liaison, the Campaign Strategist will manage relationships across multiple titles, effectively communicating campaign plans, insights, and performance reports to key stakeholders. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional looking to make a strategic impact within a dynamic and creative media environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a strong strategic foundation.
  • Expertise in writing clear and concise marketing briefs for acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, website, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience in long-term campaign planning and creative development.
  • Ability to think innovatively and develop new initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Desirable:

  • Ability to craft compelling, structured creative and storytelling across various platforms.
  • Skilled in turning audience insights into emotionally resonant stories that drive action.
  • Experience of working with editors, designers and brand leads to develop brand tone of voice and go to market strategy.
  • Experience in marketing to US customers.
