HR Ops Administrator
Location: Warwick (Hybrid working; 2-3 days onsite per week, with occasional travel to Wokingham)
Annual Salary: Up to £40,000
Contract Length: 6 months FTC with potential for extensions

About the Role:
Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is on an exciting journey to build a new in-house HR Operations team. They are seeking an experienced HR Ops Analyst to play a pivotal role in this transformation. As part of the HR Operations team, you will be instrumental in delivering all HR operational processes and services, including joiners, leavers, absence management, immigration, benefits, and reward.
This role offers you the opportunity to ensure data accuracy within the new HR system and provide exceptional customer service to colleagues navigating HR queries. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality transactional activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
- Accurately input and maintain data in the HR system, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing a busy HR inbox and responding promptly to chat and telephone inquiries.
- Oversee right-to-work checks and liaise with third parties to complete reference checks.
- Support cyclical HR activities, including performance management and talent promotions, with a keen eye for detail.
- Assist the HR Operations Manager and Leads with project support, including organisational data changes and audits.
- Generate and analyse HR data reports, leveraging Excel for data manipulation as needed.
- Regularly update operating procedure documentation to meet audit control requirements.
- Foster excellent relationships with colleagues and third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proficiency in HR Information Systems; familiarity with top-tier HR systems is a plus.
