Join our Alliances Team. The Alliances team at Softcat drives strategic vendor success with sharp focus and collaborative expertise. They are the architects of our vendor strategy, working seamlessly across functions to ensure we have the right alignments to the right vendors to support our technology proposition.

Working diligently with our vendors, they will ensure that we have the right strategic vision that aligns to our own goals and objectives, reviewing market opportunities and innovating to ensure Softcat, alongside our vendors, stays as market leaders.

As a Dell Product and Services Executive, you are responsible for staying current on vendor technologies and clearly communicating their value to both internal teams and customers. Your role involves maintaining sales and technical certifications while collaborating across the business to support customer needs and reinforce vendor propositions.

As a Dell Product and Services Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining up-to-date certifications and deep knowledge of vendor technologies to support technical and sales excellence
  • Communicating vendor value clearly through inclusive training, demos, and onboarding for internal teams and customers
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with vendors and colleagues, supported by structured relationship mapping
  • Identifying and acting on customer opportunities by analysing trends, engaging in meetings, and capturing diverse insights
  • Creating clear, useful content with enablement teams to support sales and showcase vendor solutions
