At Genflow, we're building the world's best creator-owned brands. Our always growing portfolio of 50+ brands is spread across fitness, wellness, nutrition, courses, apparel and more. From ideation to execution, we help creators launch and scale businesses their communities love. As we grow, we're looking for an ambitious Commercial Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in turning big ideas into brilliant execution.

This is not your average delivery or project management role. The Commercial Delivery Manager sits at the core of everything we do—bringing new product launches, growth initiatives, and creator brand campaigns to life with precision and commercial intent. You'll be managing multiple projects at once, problem-solving and unblocking daily, and keeping the wheels turning across teams. You need to be structured yet agile, driven yet detail-oriented. This role is ideal for someone with ~2 years of experience who's ambitious and hungry to grow fast, take ownership, and make a measurable impact. You'll be working with a world-class team and have wide exposure to develop and progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver all commercial projects across our creator brands, including product drops, app features, marketing campaigns, conversion optimisations and operational enhancements.
  • Forward plan all commercial activity (+2 months ahead), ensuring clear scoping, alignment, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, content, marketing, tech, and supply chain teams to execute campaigns and new initiatives to the highest standard.
  • Own our project management processes using Asana. Taking initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce day-to-day admin, and drive team-wide adoption.
  • Proactively manage internal and client communications, including project updates, issues triage, and support their resolution swiftly.
  • Think commercially when it comes to prioritisation. Identify initiatives that drive brand growth and revenue; and understand the “why” behind the “what” to ensure project plans are robust to best drive performance.
  • Track and report on project progress, blockers, and commercial KPIs, both internally and to our creators.
  • Champion change! Play a central role in driving new processes, tools, and business improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • A naturally curious problem solver.
  • Someone who really takes pride in their work and the quality of their output.
  • A genuine willingness to roll up their sleeves, get work done and make things happen, whether it's reporting, analysis or execution.
  • A willingness to learn, improve and refine their style.
  • Justifiable ambition to succeed and progress.

Ideal Skills + Experience:

  • 2+ years experience working as an Account Manager, Delivery/Program Manager, Project Manager or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of ecommerce, social media and brand management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally).
  • Proficient in the use of platforms, business intelligence tools and technology solutions.

What you get working with us:

  • Knowledge and insight into the Creator and Influencer industry.
  • Progression opportunities.
  • Competitive salary and pension.
  • Free private medical care.
  • 25 days holiday + never work on your birthday again!
