Your role is to create an outstanding customer experience and grow sales. You will assist with the daily operational running of the store, focusing on customer service, working as part of a supportive team to meet key targets that drive the store's success.

- Contracted Hours: 8
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Pay Rate: £8.51 - £12.60
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and provide excellent service by listening to their needs.
- Offer expert advice on perfumes, with training provided.
- Help the team achieve and exceed store and team targets, with incentives and prizes to recognize success.
- Offer every customer a free reward card to maximize future offers and savings.
