Take your marketing career to the next level! Our client, a respected regional law firm, is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive forward digital campaigns, events, and business development initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Our client is a growing regional law firm recognised for their commitment to client care, professional excellence, and community values. They are seeking a confident Marketing & Business Development Executive to support their expanding marketing and BD operations.
Reporting to the Marketing & BD Manager, you will deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns, plan and run events, and assist with key business development initiatives across the firm’s departments. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to introduce new digital tools and get involved in diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and schedule engaging content across web, email and social media
- Support SEO, PPC and digital agency coordination
- Plan and manage a wide range of events and seminars (virtual and in-person)
- Coordinate BD activities such as pitches, proposals, targeting and CRM updates
- Help introduce AI-driven tools to improve content, planning and analytics
- Assist with market research, reporting and legal directory submissions
You are a proactive, digitally confident marketer who enjoys variety, values precision and thrives in a professional services environment. You should have 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role with a strong digital and event focus, excellent organisational, communication and project management skills, and be confident using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe. Experience with email marketing tools and social media scheduling is also required, along with a good understanding of CRM systems and their role in BD. You should be commercially aware, detail-oriented and full of initiative.
