This is an office-based position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our office-based team and become a valued part of our long-established growing business. This position would suit a highly motivated self-starter with a natural ability to communicate. You need to be confident in yourself to build rapport and relationships with others.
As a lead generator you are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities. Whether you are researching and identifying new prospects, maintaining the CRM with accurate sales information, or calling and emailing prospective clients, you must provide the best customer service. It will be your drive to succeed that will be key to your success.

What we need from you:
- Experience using social media to build connections and promote business
- A minimum of 2 years lead generation or sales experience, with the ability to make a high volume of telephone calls (B2C or B2B)
- Persuasive, resilient, coupled with a positive, motivated attitude
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer and database literate, knowledge of MS Office suite
What the role involves:
- High-volume cold calling to engage new prospects and generate leads
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate sales information
- Engaging with decision-makers via phone, email, and social media
- Generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-ups
- Using social media to connect with prospects, promote our business, and share company content to increase visibility
- Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to develop and refine sales
Salary: up to £32,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission (this will be explained at interview stage).
Hours: Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour's lunch break.
