The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Team Administrator to join our Payroll & Pensions Team, based in our Huntingdon office. What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting the Payroll & Pensions Team with essential admin tasks
- Uploading payroll reports and assisting during busy periods or staff absences
- Inputting and checking payroll data in line with audit and compliance requirements
- Handling queries via phone and our online ticketing system with professionalism
- Assisting with the processing of forms such as P45s, maternity schedules, and pension documentation
- Liaising with HR and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Contributing to a balanced, accurate monthly payroll process
- Participating in training and development to stay up to date with regulations
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:- GCSEs (Grade 9–5) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
- Previous admin experience, ideally in payroll, pensions, HR, or finance
