The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Team Administrator to join our Payroll & Pensions Team, based in our Huntingdon office. This is the perfect role if you are looking to build a meaningful career in payroll and pensions while working in a supportive, progressive, and people-focused company. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Payroll & Pensions Team with essential admin tasks
  • Uploading payroll reports and assisting during busy periods or staff absences
  • Inputting and checking payroll data in line with audit and compliance requirements
  • Handling queries via phone and our online ticketing system with professionalism
  • Assisting with the processing of forms such as P45s, maternity schedules, and pension documentation
  • Liaising with HR and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Contributing to a balanced, accurate monthly payroll process
  • Participating in training and development to stay up to date with regulations

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:
  • GCSEs (Grade 9–5) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
Desirable:
  • Previous admin experience, ideally in payroll, pensions, HR, or finance
