Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical guidance, intervention and supervision to clients as part of one of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical guidance and support in developing treatment interventions
- Teach and model clinical interventions using strength-based strategies and evidence based practices delivered in a culturally competent manner
- Provide field and office based supervision to case management and direct care staff
- Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences
- Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including conducting assessments, completing crisis plans, and initiating person-centered care
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, social work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Possess a current clinical license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, etc.)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
