As a Campus Attraction & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting in the execution of our UK university events strategy that helps us to hire top talent for our Intern and Graduate programmes. This is a varied and challenging role, with scope for growth and development - we believe in autonomy, ownership and providing a platform for everyone to make an impact. We know our best work is done together, so you'll collaborate with the team across both Amsterdam and London.
What You’ll Do
- This role partners closely with our UK University Programme Manager on delivering a top tier, seamless schedule of events and programmes to attract top talent to our Intern and Graduate programmes.
- Responsibilities include:
- UK university and attraction events: supporting with the end to end organisation, logistics and execution of a comprehensive and dynamic events and programmes schedule, as well as post event follow up and retrospective analysis.
- External partners and university societies: building and maintaining strong relationships with our external logistics company, key university careers service contacts and student run societies to support our participation and attendance at events.
- Internal partners: liaising with the UK and Amsterdam Campus Recruitment and UK events team on needs, best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Ad hoc support: supporting the wider Campus Recruitment team as required.

Who You Are
- Educated to a university level.
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, ideally with a focus on events.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfort with using data and analytical thinking to make informed decisions.
- Excited to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
